Dr. Jackson was excellent, explaining everything he was doing. Joel spent time making sure all my questions were... answered about my glasses and different options I had. Everyone in the office obviously enjoys working together, making it a comfortable visit.read more

Dr. Jackson has been looking after my eyes since the 1980s. He is professional and thorough. He is open to my questions... when I don't understand, and he explains things very well and without condescending. His business is run in a practical and ethical manner. I go to no one else.read more

The customer service is outstanding. Dr. Jackson took the time to explain my exam and answered all of my questions.... This is a family run business who made you feel at home immediately upon walking in the door. Plus, when it came time to pick out glasses, they were more interested in making sure the glasses looked good as opposed to suggesting the most expensive frames. I will recommend this business to everyone. You can’t go wrong here!read more

Dr. Jackson was extremely thorough and friendly!! Everyone in the office was great with my 5 year old and made sure he... was comfortable, as he was a bit nervous at first for his first eye appointment. My son ended up needing glasses (it was a big shock to us) and Dr. Johnson took his time to explain everything he was doing and what was going on with my son's eyes.read more

After one visit, I’ve decided this is the only optometrist that I’ll visit. Joel explained all the billing very clearly... for me so there were no hidden fees or anything. He made sure that I was comfortable with the bill estimate before we got started. In addition, he was very kind and friendly. I felt very welcome right from the moment I entered the office. After Joel did the preliminaries, I met Dr Jackson, who was also very kind and very informative. Dr Jackson explained every test throughout my eye exam, and talked about his diagnosis with me so that I could understand. I had a few questions that were maybe a little outside of the norm, but he was able to answer with confidence every time. He explained to me that I have astigmatisms, but they are not severe enough to qualify for special contact lenses. He sent me home with 2 trial pairs of traditional contact lenses and instructed me to reach out to his office in a week or two to discuss how I am feeling about them. This follow-up attention is something I’ve never gotten from an optometrist before and it makes me feel that Joel and Dr Jackson genuinely care about my vision and me being able to perform my own work. 10/10 will go back again. 10/10 do recommend.read more
